The cleaning and color seal of my grout looks great but more important when I pointed out tile in the closet that wasn't done, they were very professional by getting me right back on the schedule and didn't charge me any additional fees or try to put the blame on me. That's why I keep going back to Zerorez.

On time, respectful & quick. Carpet had a lot of stains since it’s in a game room but came out very clean and stain free! Area rugs were also cleaned spot free! And to top it all, they were not soaking wet but slightly damp which were dried in a couple of hours. I will definitely use them again! Happy client!!
