Keshaun called ahead of the appointment to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival, he communicated what he planned to do, how he would do it, and set overall expectations. He could not have been more friendly and offered advice how to maintain our area rugs going forward. We had 2 rugs cleaned; 1 with stains from mishaps from the dog. We were very satisfied with the outcome.

They were fast, efficient, and did a great job!

Always professional, punctual & reasonably priced. Zerorez is the only carpets service I will use because they don't use soapy chemicals which makes my carpet dirtier faster. Life long customer right here.
