Auggie did a great job of explaining exactly what he needed to do. He was good at explaining, working efficiently , and respectful. I needed written instructions to share with my husband after and he provided a text.
The carpets look great, dried quickly, and there was no odor. I think it would benefit the business to provide written instructions. No stains remain. We did ask for extra care in a couple spots and they look like new. Thank you Auggie!

The workers always try to do a good job. I never feel like the suggestions made is an upscale, but something that would help the life of carpet. I have always been satisfied with the service.
Helpful with costs/bids! Carpet was cleaned well. It took a good 24 hours to dry.

The process does not make your hose smell like chemicals and the techs are great. Just wish you would move furniture
