We like the way the carpet is when you're finished. We also like that there isn't a lot that needs to be done on our part.
Everything felt and smelled so clean when he was done. Very professional. He took such care with the rugs. This was our first time using Zerorez. I didn't call back our previous vendor because all the guy did was go around the middle of the room and the corners and edges were still dirty. After a day spent moving furniture so the corners and edges were accessible. I checked the edges after Zeroez finished and they were beautiful. Money well spent.
Zerorez NEVER disappoints! It was a big job today, a 5,000 sq foot house getting ready for new owners. Billy did a fantastic job and we were very grateful as he pointed out the few areas that weren't perfect, but also was happy with the way the stairs turned out (after removing a chairlift). We are continually happy with our experience with Zerorez and will use them again and again!

Elijah did an amazing job on my carpet in 2 rooms and my sectional sofa. He is very, very through and made sure the job was done right. The carpets look and feel new and the sectional looks amazing ( I did need for him to come back since the cleaning left line patterns on my sectional, but he worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly reccomend the zerorez approach to cleaner carpet. Your phone staff is very responsive. All in all a very happy customert. I will have my neighbors ask for Elijah. Thanks so much.
