ZeroRes's technician arrived within the given window for cleaning services. Your tecnician was very professional and friendly. he explained what he would be doing and how long it sohould take to complete our cleaning.
We really like that there isn't any soapy residue in the carpets left in our carpets like with other cleaning companies. Our carpets weren't still wet 3 hours after they were cleaned.
We would and do recommend ZeroRes to our friends and family for carpet and cloth furniture.

Daniel did a great job explaining the process and what Zerorez had to offer. He was very professional and courteous. My carpets had multiple stains from pets and all the stains came out and carpets look fresh and new.

Ron and Jason called when they were close to getting to my house. They were on time and very professional. They did a walk through with me and ask if there was anything that needed special attention. They explained everything they were going to do. When done they cleaned up everything. I was very satisfied with the job they did.
