I like that the steam clean system they use doesn't require the use of heavy detergents and chemicals. The machine uses very little water is used so it dried very quickly.

I have been using Zerorez of Kansas City for 10 years. They have been at my home multiple times and typically once per year. They have professionally cleaned by rugs, carpet, upholstery and air ducts. If you have not had your air ducts and/or dryer vents now is the time. Great technicians and processes. You will be surprised how clean they get your surfaces.

I have an old carpet with lots of use from cats. They were able to get most of the stains out and give the carpet a few more years of use. I appreciate that it didn't take long to dry. Most importantly, they were punctual!
