I did not have much hope for my light beige, badly stained 25 year old carpeting. Your tech did an excellent job! Only one minor issue - the van was leaking oil and it might need some service.
The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was prompt, polite, and a great representative of ZeroRes.
I am not seeing the carpets stains.

Brandon did a wonderful job on our carpets. He found and got stains removed that we didn't think were possible to remove.
Brandon worked hard, was very organized, and was able to get most of the moisture out of the carpets allowing them to dry in 4 hrs +/-.
