Customer service was awesome. We had terrible luck and repeatedly had huge cold snaps/blizzards mess up our scheduled cleaning but they worked with us to reschedule last minute both times.

I appreciated the prompt service appointment and the information re how to prepare for carpet cleaning (and therefore obtain optimum cleaning results). Service technician Miguel was delightful in explaining the company’s approach, equipment and methods for cleaning. I appreciated the care taken with bringing equipment into my home, and setting protective shields for walls.

My service guy showed up a little after 12:00 with a call to me ahead of his arrival. He showed up, surveyed his work to be done, got his equipment ready to go, and a little over an hour, he was done. The job looked fantastic and I was proud of the work done! I think his name is Ramone. He was friendly and clean looking. If he is with Wolfgang's a year from now, I will ask for him! You have another well satisfied customer.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The team was incredibly communicative and knowledgeable, making the entire process seamless—from booking to the final clean.
