Afterwards, it was as if new carpet had been installed. Opted to purchase their spray bottle for future 'oops' of an older dog. Have no qualms using it as it is all natural and works wonders. I even bought a black light.

Technician called to let me know he was on his way. Went over all the costs and added cost suggestions and options for treatments. Carpets were done in about an hour.
