The technician called to let us know that he was on his way. He asked up front questions and explained what he would be doing. He offered additional services. I recently painted all my walls and he put up guards so the hoses would not mark any of my walls. He completed the cleaning quickly and asked me if I was satisfied with the service. He walked me through the bill and was on his way. I will definitely use Zerorez again for my carpet cleaning!!!!

1) Your tech arrived on time and completed the job within the predicted time frame.

2) To my utter surprise, he was able to remove most of the stains. We have a couple of pet stains that persist.

3) He was very professional in his activity.
