Rafael was absolutely phenomenal to work with, punctual, professional, and definitely the kindest person/contractor I've ever met. I have been in the industry of real estate for over 10 years and working with Rafael was quick simple and definitely worth the money, he even was kind enough to set out my rug on my back porch to dry after because it was a sunny day.
