Previous to this air duct cleaning service, we were smelling a very musty odor whenever the a/c went on. Now the smell is completely gone! In addition to the great service were the two technicians who came to our home. Jake and Albert were excellent! They were professional, thorough, very friendly, knowledgeable at what they were doing and in explaining everything to us, and they cleaned up better than I could have!! I’m always very happy with the results I get from Zerorez! My carpet is 28 years old and after Romeo finishes, it looks like new. Their carpet cleaning system is better than any of the others I’ve used in past years. They also do a great job on upholstery.

I love that there is no overwhelming fragrance to the cleaning solution because it's WATER! I'm very conscious of what chemicals come into my home and with a dog who's highly allergic to many cleaners, I love knowing he's not going to react after carpet cleaning.

Service and the way the carpets look and feel after cleaning

I have used Zerorez for many years. They do a great job, arriving when scheduled, they are careful of walls and furniture as they work to get my carpets clean. I like light colored carpets which may seem counter intuative, however I am able to maintain clean carpets because of the effectiveness of the Zerorez product. One year, in a high traffic area - on an older carpet, it wasn't coming as clean as I had hoped. Zerorez returned and used a spot cleaner, although it did not make the carpet new, it did improve it so much I was delighted with the outcome.
