I love that you don’t use any cleaning chemicals, just your special water. My carpets consistently look great after I have them cleaned, your technicians are always courteous and do a thorough job. When I have my tile cleaned, it looks brand new, as well as when I have my sectional cleaned. You just can’t beat Zerorez, and I will a loyal customer for years to come.

The cleaning was great. Not sure of the protection as it is just randomly sprayed as they walked around. Doesn’t seem like that would work but time will tell

Love the results -- clean carpet, rugs and upholstery with no icky smell or residue. Service techs are hard-working and meticulous. Scheduling is easy. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Liked the technician you sent (Jack) he was much better than earlier workers. Didn't spray my furniture and didn't leave streaks on my white carpet. The cleaning was very good
Kenny was extremely efficient, respectful of the spaces, and made sure to give the details of what was scheduled. He also presented additional cleaning features based on what and why it needed to be cleaned. Highly recommended!
