The cleaning tech was incredible and based on the experience with Max, I rate a 10. It was extremely frustrating being on hold for 25 minutes and never getting my call answered on the Saturday before my cleaning at 8am Monday so I'd rate whoever is in charge of the call line much lower.

Great service from Zerorez! The guys were very neat, organized and efficient. My carpets look like new again. Of course there are some small areas that show wear but overall they look amazing. I have used Zerorez in the past and I will use them again when the need arises.

At the cabin I will not use my orange hard water. I’m getting older and my back is sooo bad, my hubby said call zerorez. I don’t have to hear him twice. I have used them for several years
Our Technician, Chris, was very courteous and informative in explaining the cleaning process of our carpets and area rugs. After completing the cleaning, Chris explained to my wife and me the need and reason to wait 24 hours before placing any furniture on the cleaned areas. He also made a point of ensuring that all work areas were cleaned of any residual water and debris after the carpets and area rugs were shampooed.
I would definitely use Zeroez for future cleaning and recommend Zeroez to others for their cleaning needs.

The techs were great, worked fast and did a great job. The lead tech provided lots of options for different services which was also great.
The service is a little pricey but we were nervous about using lower priced options. You should offer a bi annual service where you just come back twice a year on a schedule!
