I used Zerox a couple years ago and I was truly amazed at how well the carpet looked when they were done. They were able to get black candle wax that had was spilled a carpet a month ago out of light colored carpet. The was very kind a diligent about his job! I have since use them several times and every time very pleased.

Fine job of cleaning the rug. Didn't understand the pricing. You advertised 3 rooms for $106. I have a bedroom & closet, and you wanted to charge me $102 plus $30 for the closet. I don't understand how one room plus closet cost more than 3 full sized rooms.
