The job went well. The personable crew looked over the job and made a couple of good suggestions, then explained how they would do it and the time frame it would take. I had some questions and they answered them to my satisfaction. The equipment was impressive and I was very pleased with the result!

We have been using Zerorez for years! The carpets always come out brand new, only reason why I didn't rate it as a 10 is because some of the techs aren't as good and it was super inconvenience that they had to send someone out a second time! Glad they made it right, but what a hassel to move your furniture twice!
Carter was very respectful and went above and beyond in explaining what he was going to do (even tho I have had cleanings in the past). He was even willing to go the extra mile and help put back furniture. Highly recommend

I can’t remember his name but he was so nice and friendly. The floors look great and he did not take that long to do it. I work from home and I only had to step away from my desk for about 5-7 mins. Would definitely use your services again and would like him again as well if possible.
Jacob Thompson did a thorough job. The carpet looked brand new afterwards! He was conscientious and took the take to clean his machine well because our son has dog allergies. He also took the time to go concerns I had about potential chemicals.

Technician was timely and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. We had some really large stains and he successfully got them out. We were very pleased with the results. Plan on having them clean our air ducts next time.
