Everything was GREAT, especially Brandon, the representative who completed the cleaning, he was fast, on time, and was able to remove our stains.
The tech did a nice job although when making an appointment, it would be good if the scheduler would explain that removing spots is a separate item to be scheduled so that a return visit isn't required.
