Demetrius did an outstanding job. The previous tech said the dark areas of my carpet were from wear and could not be removed. NOPE. Demetrius got those dirty areas CLEAN. Plus, he pulled much more water out - my carpets were dry in a few HOURS! Really impressed. Your prices are high for me; I would love to have my carpets cleaned more often, but cannot afford it.

No chemicals used, all the stains came up and Malachi and Javon did an amazing job cleaning the carpets!

We had quick service for an urgent issue, that new carpet smell. When I called the operator was extremely helpful. He wasn't sure about my issue so he contacted a local supervisor who answered all lof my questions. He scheduled me for the next day and Voila

First time using this company and I was very impressed. Our tech, Jaden, was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't try to upset hard like other companies. Every time he did something, he told us to make sure we knew. We have 3 dogs and made a lot of mess unfortunately. But with Jaden, he definitely made our apartment smell so fresh with the Level 1 dog service, that we didn't think was possible. I highly recommend Zerorez especially if you have pets! And I also highly recommend Jaden! Will definitely call him again next time!
