Brandon and Austin were fantastic! I would give them both a 10++. The reason they're fantastic is because they take their time, explain the process clearly, detailed oriented, ask if I had any questions and checked in multiple times throughout the cleaning to assure quality was being met. They also walk around with the customer to show them any areas of concern or address and questions.

I love the package prices. I like that the techs use bumper/corner guards and wear slipper boots to keep outside dirt from coming in the house. That the process is explained. Also, if there are any issues, it is rectified quickly (within a few days).

Scheduling was ready. The scheduler was knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. Cost was explained up front. There was a quick turn around to when Zerorez could come out to do our carpets.
Mark did a great job explaining the process to me. He was very kind to my kids. He did a great job on the carriers. They looked excellent when he was done.
The only downside is that I didn't have you come sooner. We had many old cat pee spots that we couldn't get clean even with the return visit. It's understandable though as many were about 5 years old.
