Elijah called to see if he could come EARLY! Of course!! He answered my questions and was very personable. It's an old carpet and does show it's wear, but his thorough cleaning sure lightened it up.

Your technicians were professional, thorough, and courteous. This is the second time I've used your services, and have not been disappointed. My only issue, was that, at no fault of their own, but due to overscheduling from your main office, they were a few hours behind schedule, causing me to have to change appointments for that day.
