Efficient cleaning
The technician was amazing! I’ve had other Carpet Cleaning businesses clean my carpet and the technicians were not friendly and we’re not informative. The technician that I got to clean the carpets through Zerorez was very informative, very polite and friendly. I will be calling them again.

Had all carpets cleaned. They look beautiful even though they are old. Dried in good time, The only thing I did not like is that window of two hours in the appt. time, I was not told about it so when my time came I didn't know why noone was here to clean and no phone call, My whole day was ruined because of waiting around.
