Eric our technician did a great job cleaning our rooms and explaining what to expect after the job was done. He also asked about any stains (pet, arts & crafts etc.) that might be on the carpets.

The young man that cleaned my carpet angel Yankee was wonderful. He did the best job. He was able to remove a stain that I had worked on myself many times he was polite. He was well mannered. He was very clean and respectful coming into my home, I would recommend zero Rez to anyone.
