I have been using Zero Rez for years and years but this year, 2025, my service was not stellar like it usually is. However, I did say something on this survey and then the manager of the office called me as I requested on the survey because I did not want to discuss this on a survey. I was blown away by the response. I was treated kindly by the manager and he listened to my concerns. I hated to complain as that is not in my nature. But Zero Rez does clean furniture, carpets, and tile without the terrible soapy stuff that is not good for anyone or my things. I just thought the company was going downhill. But they were not. They said that they want their customers to be fully satisfied and they sent out a super technician, Scott Wallace, to clean everything that was not done 100%. He was not only personable, polite, but a hard worker and he totally confirmed my concerns and fixed them. He could easily see the issues without doubting or making any excuses. You do not see this type of treatment by most companies. They really wanted to do the best for their customer. I will continue to use Zero Rez and recommend them to my friends and neighbors. It turns out that their technician that they originally sent was less experienced and they will now give this person more training and this has the potential to make him a better employee and representative for the company in the future. I am also pleased that this company is also caring to their employees and helpful to them looking to help them also become the best they can be as they work for this company. They also pointed out that I did not need a certain product which they called a bio cleaner and they offered to reimburse me that cost. I am very appreciative of this as I did not fully understand why it was offered as I have never had food on the carpet or pets. Nothing but slippers and barefeet as we take our shoes off and it is a small carpeted area that has furniture on it and we do not eat on the furniture. I have not received the reimbursement yet, however, I certainly do trust the word of the CSR manager, Danny Hogan, who made everything right. Thank you very much to Danny and Scott. 2) The estimate included $70.00 for standard bedroom, and $69 for fiber protection in that room. Neither of these services were provided. We declined because it was too late in the evening and we needed to go to bed. Yet, we were charged the full $454.74. I'm sure an innocent error.

June 28 we had our living room and hall way cleaned by, Jachci . Decided a great job.! He explained what he was going to do to clean our carpet. Ask if I wanted to put protection on it and I said yes which he put on. Told me about the other service your company did which was helpful to know. He as a very nice young man and did a very nice job. I would be glad to have him come back to clean carpet. He said your company also cleans chairs and sofas, told me price but I did not write it down, could you let me know that info. He said it goes by how many cushions there are. Carpets look very nice and dried in a matter of hours like he said. Please tell him thanks for the great job! Will use your company again!
