Had my carpets cleaned that only had a few spots. Then Tech said he could also clean tile grout on the floor, that also included cleaning the all the tiles. I was AMAZED as to how fast and Clean it became. In the past I have gotten on my hands and knees with a toothbrush and spent hours rinsing and sucking up the rinse water with a Wet Vac. No more of that for me!

The technicians Anthony and Johnta were professional and quick. Anthony took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The end results with the carpets and the tile cleaning was superb. I would highly recommend Anthony for all of my future cleaning.

I have used Zerorez three times now, and I have been very impressed with the crew and the quality of the work. Twice for carpet cleaning and once for air ducts. When I first called about air duct cleaning and scheduled the appointment, the guys came out and unfortunately told me they couldn't do the job because my vents were too small for their truck (older home/mid-century modern-ish) but they called a few weeks later and said they had gotten the right truck/equipment from another location and were able to come back and do the air ducts!

Alec did an absolutely amazing job in our home. There was a significant amount of pet staining throughout the upstairs on the wall to wall carpeting. He did as complete a job as he could, working by himself. There is some residual odor and a bit of staining that I’m hoping we can get with either an additional pass or spot treatment. However, I’m extremely pleased with the
effort and attention to detail that he gave to this job.
When he was done with the upstairs, he had to move furniture to pull the living room and dining room area rugs up to put in his truck. Also the rug under the kitchen table. This was really overall a job for 2 people and I can’t imagine how exhausted he was when he left here.
