I am very pleased with the work that my service worker did for me. He not only did a great job of the work needed on my rugs and carpeting but also answered several questions about how I can do a better job of cleaning small spots that occur.

Curtis was very professional. Arrived on time and was very courteous. We walked through the areas to be cleaned and he explained in good detail so that we understood exactly what he was going to be doing and what the expected results should be. Could not have been any better carpets look fabulous and exactly as he described to us what we would see when he was finished. He also explained about some other areas in the house and provided price information. We elected to pass and there was no further pressure to upsell us. We will definitely be back quality and service have been terrific.

Rep was very polite, explained everything in great detail, and made sure we were satisfied with the final walk through. Took the extra time to ensure stains were removed as well.
The people who clean are thorough, polite, and get the job done quickly. Mostly I have my carpets done but I know I will call them when I need couches and tile done. When they leave my house it always looks and smells clean. That is the best part. The courteous people I have met is “icing on the cake” meaning they make everything even nicer.

I've forgotten the names of the gentlemen who were here to clean out our dryer vent... but both were professional, friendly and offered helpful advice. Just as we were completely satisfied with Zerorez's carpet-cleaning services, we are also completely satisfied with the dryer vent cleaning as well!
It was a definite makeover experience. We had some deep stains from years not months. It was wall to wall white carpet including bathrooms and kitchen. This tells you how old the carpet is also. We were able to move all furniture back in 4-5 hours later. Had a large crowd of people in for a celebration 3 days later. So happy we had the extra protection put on in family room and kitchen. Looks almost new again. The gentleman that did the cleaning was very friendly and explained how this works and took extra care of making sure everything was clean and we were happy with the outcome. Yes I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
