Mike was very courteous and polite. He called 30 minutes before arrival. That's a huge plus. It gives us time to get back to the house from work and not have to take time off our jobs waiting hours for someone to show up. That was very much appreciated. He wasn't pushy with offering other products. He mentioned one and we used that but he didn't push us to do more or have other items cleaned. The service was great and our sofas look so much better.
This is the second time we've used Zerorez. We wouldn't use anyone else. Their products brought our carpets back to looking fresh again, and it's amazing that the stains that we didn't think could be erased were GONE!
