Kendall was very professional. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to add areas to our tile cleaning and he was very helpful and patient. He explained the process and the equipment and when I asked about other services they provide he was very informative. He also protected the corners of the walls and he was very neat (he cleaned up after himself as he went). I’m hoping to have the tile cleaned once a year and I’ll be requesting the same technician.
