Brandon was very pleasant, helpful and informative.
He called to ask if he could arrive earlier; showed me the puppy stains via uv flashlight; explained about the electrolyte water and lifetime guarantee; went over and redid a few spots that seemed to need extra cleaning.
He said he would provide a 2nd backup if the stains did not come out or if they returned. It did seem as tho the"backup" was just a stronger solution next time- no discount on it.

I like the way the Zerorez product cleans my wall-to-wall beige upstairs carpet. After the cleaning my carpet smells fresh and looks new. Also, the carpet continues to look clean for many months.
