Very friendly. First time using the service so wasn’t sure where to put the cats. They were patient while all the cats were put into a store room with no vent access. Loved the before and after pictures showing the difference from before vent cleaning to the end clean result!

The young men that came to my home were courteous and explained all they would be doing. They did a great job on a very dirty carpet. When the one in charge noticed that the amount I needed cleaned, such a fewer steps on the stairs, etc. was lower then the estimated amount, he lowered the price without me asking. They didn't try to sell me on cleaning my HVAC ducts but, I asked them how they do it. I was impressed on how ZEROREZ does it compared to how an other company did mine.
