Your personnel are polite and well trained. You take extra care with walls and furniture to not compromise or scratch or leave extra water drips. I like the pre-walk through to look at problem areas, spots, answer questions, etc. The results are good, and not perfect, but I don't expect perfect with 15-20 year old carpeting!
On the most recent visit, the truck had a problem. The crew had to leave and come back with a different truck. The trainee estimated it would be one hour before the return. However, it was 3.25 hours before return. Management level personnel might have foreseen that a phone call back to the customer about the delay should be placed --- the return was well past the original window cited for the job. Also, management might have offered some sort of future coupon or a small discount for the inconvenience of the customer having to wait upon the return and potentially having to have changed other plans in order to get the job finished same day. Thank you! I say "management" because I think it's more on the upper level leadership of the company to have those procedures in place when a problem arises, not the cleaning crew responsibility.
