The lead tech was an artisan as well as a technician, which I greatly appreciated. He and his trainee were pleasant to have inn our home, and they were very professional. They took great pride in making sure special spots were removed. I've used your services for over a decade, and it's wonderful to see the service getting better and better.

Beginning with Cameron who rolled up my large living room rug to take to his truck for cleaning along with another smaller rug and who did a magnificent job cleaning all my furniture & Zerorez ending with two guys who returned my rugs and voluntarily moved all my furniture back into place, I could not be more pleased!

Excellent customer service in providing initial information and scheduling. Technician was Jalen /Indianapolis. He called ahead, showed up on time, and did a fabulous cleaning job. Jalen was excellent and was quick and efficient. He then showed us his work and checked that we were satisfied. Excellent pricing with the special too. Jalen and Zerorez are the best carpet cleaners we have ever used in Indianapolis!!

Josh was timely, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything well and was flexible to work with our needs about leaving the AC off a couple more days after our remodel. He was willing to come back 2 days later to finish the service for us. He did suggest adding on extra services (which added cost), but there was no pressure and I believe those services were a good idea. It was satisfying to see the videos and pictures of our ducts being cleaned! I would hire Zerorez again.

The scheduling process was easy. The technician was friendly and efficient.

We had Zerorez clean our ducts, dryer vent and a few chairs. They did an excellent job with all of them. Their workers were very knowledgeable and professional. The price was very competitive. I highly recommend using them.

You schedule around our hours of operation, on time, get working, knock it out of the park, and then do a thorough walk thru with me to make sure everything is to our satisfacition. Your pricing has maintained over the past few years, always the same and always reasonable. You even included a current coupon offer which actually made it lower than last year. Fast concise work done at a fair price

Zerorez is always polite, professional, knows their product. This last time they came out I really did not think they would be able to get the stains out of my carpet that my grandchildren help create. But they did and my carpet looks amazing. I have used other carpet cleaning companies several years ago, but now Zerorez is the only company I will use and I recommend them all the time to family and friends.
