Toxic chemicals are Not used. The technicians are always professional and personable (aka nice!) It’s easy to change your appointment if life gets in the way. (Although the last time I did, that young woman wasn’t as personable. Professional though.) I’m always amazed at how much better my old carpeting looks after Zerorez cleans it.

When I went online to schedule an appointment, the day I needed my carpets cleaned (my only day off), was not available. I texted the number that was on the website and asked if there was any chance I could be squeezed in. They were so accommodating and got me scheduled on the day I needed. The man who came and cleaned my carpets was very professional and thorough and when he recommended a service that I didn’t need/want, he didn’t pressure me.
