I had 2 very personable and knowledgeable technicians. Very professional.Lance called ahead of time, to let me know when he would arrive. He explained what he was going to do, we went over the cost. I think Jesse was in training. He had a great teacher in Lance. They did a great job in cleaning my carpets. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
