Your method does not soak the pad, which might result in mold down the line. I consider your method less wet and, therefore, safer. This time, the tech (Garrett) removed two large spots that had been there for several years. Really looks nice.
I have used Oxi Fresh Cleaning services for many years. Although my carpet is very old, it still looks neat and very close to it’s original color (when comparing untrafficked areas with the used areas.). I like that you do not use heavy chemicals and that it is soft and residue free, safe for children and pets, & quick to dry. Your service men are always informative, courteous, and prompt.
