Short drying time. However, I didn't get my free Oxi fresh spot remover. Also didn't like a carpet being placed on my chair. It could have been taken to the kitchen floor.

The service tech was very nice and did a great job communicating about the service. The quote I received online was exactly what I was charged. He arrived in the time-frame indicated, and he called on the way to let me know he was nearing the house.
He discussed what I should do regarding drying times (very quick btw), and told me how long the carpet protector/stain guard would last.
