You are easy to schedule. The telephone service is always fast yet friendly and helpful. You can always access our record. Your technicians always give a courtesy call to confirm the day we’re scheduled. There has never been an appointment missed or rescheduled.
Jeff was excellent- friendly and very polite. He was extremely thorough and offered to add protectant which this time we needed. He worked hard and did a great job!!! I will request him for the next service and have already recommended him to friends!

Cleaned exceptionally well and left my carpets so clean and perfect I couldn’t believe it. It also deoderized them and Jeffrey was thorough and hard working getting every long haired cat hair clump up in the process. I am amazed!

Initially, we hired Oxy Fresh of Leyden to clean the carpets in three rooms and our stairs to the basement and they did such a wonderful job that we scheduled an appointment with them the following week to clean the carpets in our entire basement.
Frank was absolutely fabulous and Jeff also provided exceptional customer service. They explained the entire process and provided an accurate estimate that was confirmed before they started cleaning the carpet. They did not over saturate the carpet which made for a very short drying time. End result... the carpet looks new again!

Jeffrey did really great explaining why the pretreatment was important. He was very thorough and my carpet never looked better! I used Stanley steamer and they didn’t half as good. I think Jeffrey cleaned what they left. Jeffrey was personable and clean!
