I got a call prior to my appointment to confirm the time, and my service technician helped advise me on what rooms needed additional treatment to get my money’s worth in getting my deposit back, and was very friendly and nice throughout. Fantastic work on such short notice.
I like the overall service the fact that he did the same treatment there’s no pet odor in my carpet. I also love the fact that I kinda had an emergency and you guys were able to get there the same day.
Carpets came out looking pretty good. The carpets about 5 years old, so some areas are more worn than others, which can’t be helped. Not super wet like some cleaners, dried fairly quickly. So far I would use again.

Great technician! He was informative, professional, and attentive. Products have less odor than other companies we’ve used, carpet looks and feels fresh as soon as it was dry. Other companies have left our carpet with a stiff feeling. After the Oxiclean, our carpet was soft and clean again.

You do things differently. The carpet seems very clean, and I really like that it wasn't soaking wet for 2 days afterwards!
