I called with a last-minute request for carpet cleaning the next morning and they were able to accommodate my needs. They were on time for the appointment as scheduled, and checked in with me on arrival and departure as I was out of town when they cleaned the carpets. I like the fact that you are not dragging a long hose through the house. I like that it smells fresh and that it only takes 2-3 hours and its dry. I like the professional and respectful way they treat your home. Would definitely recommend this service and was totally satisfied.
This was my first experience with OxiFresh of Denver - it will not be my last. I was unsure about their process - I had only ever done steam cleaning. I liked that the carpets dried quickly and my house smells so much better!
