Provides me with the support to continue my workouts each day. They make it fun for me and I love the camaraderie of all of the members that I have made friends with.

Beth Tidwell is an amazing instructor. All of her classes are fun, buttkicking, energetic and more! Any class she teaches, she teaches with all of her heart & soul. I thank you for having her!!!

Always friendly. Great equipment and almost always in good condition. Good variety of classes and teachers. Convenient child watch hours in the morning and evening. Pool needs some Repairs but is ok. Overall, a great place to work out.
