The staff has been very welcoming and friendly. The facility is also well-equipped with all of the amenities we were looking for in a gym.

The class instructors are some of best. One of them in particular has been a such a positive role model in my weightloss journey. She bring so much positive energy to each class and the words she uses to motivate us keeps me inspired and focused.

It has a lot of different options, weights, machines, classes, gym's , and pools. Something for everyone.

Friendly Staff and Clean Facility. Plenty of workout equipment plus the gym, walking track, saunas, pools, and jacuzzi. Additionally all types of exercise and aerobics classes.

We use facility primarily for walking on the indoor track, particularly when it is cold or humid outdoors, and think the track is kept in great shape. The front desk personnel are always very friendly and helpful.
