Offer a variety of fitness classes at all levels of fitness and ability, provide services for the parents of young children, and provide a variety of equipment and facilities which cater to a wide range of fitness/activity interests, goals, and levels.

What does the Y do really well?

I am in a special circumstance right now and was helped with a speial rate until our situation improves. We have been going to the ymca as a couple for years amd me personally whem single for over a,decade. I have never had a bad customer experience with customer service . Ever. I have tried other gyms and always come back. It is warm, friendly and always is equipped properly no matter what location. If anything is needed, everyone there tries their best to jump at any request.

What does the Y do really well?

Friendly, clean and inviting space. Lots of variety to keep you from getting bored. I personally enjoy the variety of classes, class times and descriptions. All of the teachers have been very accommodating. Asking if anyone is here for the first time and including alternatives to exercises if you need more/less of a workout. Making everyone feel welcome = Great teachers!

The AOA classes, socials, field trips with cultural
Themes but most of all staying in touch with the members.
We all feel very fortunate to have Kathy Armitage at the South Platte
YMCA.

Has lots of equipment to work out on. It is located in different places too so you don't feel you are surrounded by treadmills.

I feel like the classes, childcare and equipment is a bargain for monthly fee. I enjoy that I can take the entire family and they all have something to do.

Check in is fast and friendly most of the time. The group exercise classes are amazing! Range of options at this location is excellent.
