What does the Y do really well?

We use facility primarily for walking on the indoor track, particularly when it is cold or humid outdoors, and think the track is kept in great shape. The front desk personnel are always very friendly and helpful.

Responding to the needs and concern of their members. However I saw a child coming out of the women's locker room who appeared to be about five or six years old male child.Is that normal? Would you please look into this. Thanks Have a blessed day.

Offer a large variety of classes and events. It truly feels like a community center and not just a place to work out. So glad we have this facility.

Very clean. Plenty of staff. When I complain about a machine not working it is fixed. I like the help you have available for six free sessions when you sign up. Someone to show you how to use the machines also. I think the number two things for me are cleanliness and plenty of staff

What does the Y do really well?

It's always nice and clean when I come in to use the equipment; I see the other members have respect for others by wiping the equipment down after they are done (much appreciated!!!). The facility is always kept at a good temperature; wether I'm exercising or just casually walking around, I'm never too hot or too cold. And the people, employees and other members are kind, never had an issue

The Y offers a good variety of exercise options. The staff is nice. The kids staff is really good with the kids.

The staff is very friendly and informed. There is always plenty of equipment available even when the place is packed and everything is always so clean. My family truly loves coming here.
