It's clean, the equipment is mostly up-to-date, the abundance of classes, the weights, the facility, the workers (especially Harold), it's all around great.

The Y has very qualified trainers to help with your specific problem areas. We especially like Stephanie & Kelly for our cardio & muscle strengthing. (Not sure about this spelling)

Hire good people, everyone I have spoken with has been very friendly and nice to work with it's a great place to be people seem to really care .
