Classes. I have attended Les Mills classes at other Ys in town and out of town.
The classes leaders at the Platte Sourh Y are better leaders giving more
info on techniques and motivation.

There is such a wide choice of equipment, no matter the time of day. The facility is always clean and attractive and staff is always smiling.

Provides a range of activities to both get your body in shape and play basketball. Also has a big pool and sauna. Looks like a good place to work out and take off those extra pounds that just do not want to go away.

What does the Y do really well?

Provides a varied amount of different programs that can either be group oriented or the ability to do things on your own. This Y is well managed with knowledgeable employees. It also offers child care for those parents with young children and other programs for older children. I have been with this Y since at least 2010 and have enjoyed all the facilities they have to offer.
