They provide an excellent program for AOA members with classes to meet all needs. Kathy Armitage is a go getter that keeps us involved and active. I've also recently joined the Togetherhood committee and am excited for are drives that are coming up. We need to get the word out about this program and all the good that it does to help and assist members.

I love the group exercise and the people that lead them. I attend both Platte County YMCA's, and I absolutely love all the staff. At least the ones that I have come across.
