I just joined recently and the staff is excellent. Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable!
It looks like it's kept very clean. So far I'm really excited about being a member. You all do a great job!

As one who has had a stroke, I cannot say enough about the help I've received. I know that there are amazing personal trainers but Jodi O has been amazing.

Gives a great explanation of what is offered. And encourages you to try different classes to see what best suits you. They are always helpful and professional. They emphasize it is ok not to finish a class if you just can't and not to be embarrassed.

It puts a smile on my face!!! The minute I walk through the door, I am greeted with other happy smiling faces who are there to answer any question I might ask. If they can't, they will find someone who can. This past Christmas after receiving a Christmas gift of one month from each of my 3 children and their families, I joined the "Y". For some reason they decided after hearing me reply many times that I was going to join the "Y",they took the bull by the horns and here I am, loving every minute and by the way, I must close as I am running late for a class!! What does the Y do really well?

Being a senior (64) myself! I couldn't help but notice how many others there were at the SP CCS Y. That said to me loud and clear that this location was where I wanted to be. After my 30 min consult, I couldn't believe how many programs they had available for all age groups. This is what the SP CCS Y does well.
