Keep the facility clean.
The Y provides a family-friendly atmosphere where healthy interactions , healthy habits, healthy attitudes are contagious. The seniors that exercise regularly enhance the stability and maturity of its customer base. Interactions are friendly, overall a great place to be on a regular basis. I like the cultural diversity visible at the Northtown YMCA. It's good that there are language learning opportunities as well as encouragement to think on a global scale.

Helping my injured back
I was treated very well by courteous and knowledgeable employees at the front desk. The facility looked very clean and there were lots of people there enjoying it.

I mainly go to the Y for the pool. I have knee problems and my physical therapist recommended that I utilize a pool to do exercises for my knees. Water is very beneficial.
Group exercise program training is motivational and effective. I appreciate the dedicated staff/trainers that make it all happen.

I frequent the North Kansas City YMCA & the Platte County Community Center South. The staff @ both centers are awesome. I take many classes @ both locations. All the instructors are so caring & knowledgeable. They care to make sure there are modifications for those needing lower impact. And the monthly fee to join is the valuable. I shopped around, they have the lowest monthly fees. And to mention they honor the Silver Sneakers program. I have also made another family with other students @ the Y. Great place. Come on in & join!

The NKC YMCA is an incredible facility with more than enough equipment and high speed internet.
They keep the facility clean and always greets you when you enter the building
