All staff members are kind and helpful. Even though it is a busy place, it always seems clean, and things are in order. Aaron Martin has been great to work with as a personal trainer. My only suggestion for improvement would be to find a way to educate and hold parents accountable for their children, as they are often seen abusing fitness equipment. I know that's not an easy endeavor for one person to tackle. I would suggest a focus group made up of parents to discuss ways to encourage young members on how to properly use the equipment along with the benefits the equipment provides them and their community. I am not a parent, but I do know having positive and interactive conversations and having role models are key to helping our younger generation.

Friendly staff, good classes and love walking the track and seeing the architecturally stunning buildings outside the windows.

Pool and customer service
I like everything about the NKC "Y". I have been a member of the "Y" for a year, and I work out - usually daily.
For me it works. and it encourages me to continue with exercising. It's been a priority, and I intend to keep this in my life.
The employees are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are super!

I like it but bad thing is not open longer hours
Good to receive greeting every morning..an the y does it. When I am greeted in morn it is very personal because they use my name. So they know who I am.
Only thing that I am not told is when there is no hot water. This has happened 3 or 4 times in last 3 weeks. Brrr.
