Everyone is so nice. From the front desk staff offering a smile on the way in and out to the treatment of my son during his swim lessons, they always make me feel welcome. Added, there is plenty of equipment. I have never had to wait on any machine to free up. 10/10 recommend.

In general the staff is friendly and welcoming - in general! A consistently welcoming, engaging, friendly and caring staff is a core element in a pleasant experience for members and guest. I do not ‘consistently’ feel these sentiments when I visit the Y, from the majority of the staff on my frequent visits. Having said that; the cleanliness, appropriate placement, availability and access of workout equipment, locker room, fitness programs makes for a generally enjoyable experience. My two major issues - 1. a permanent solution to the steam sauna. 2. Consistent water heat and shower head outflow in the men’s shower.
Family atmosphère
I work next door at Select Specialty Hospital so it’s convenient and the setting is good. I like the atmosphere and layout of the facility. I would mention the basketball ball floor needs to be re coated but otherwise its fine establishment.
I can always get on a machine, staff greets me, and the facility is clean.
I enjoy the people they are very friendly and helpful.
The Silver Sneakers class has helped me not need therapy.
I haven't done anything but the water aerobics. I'm going to try working on the excercise machines. There are so many different activities to do to reach your goal. If it wasn't for my insurance paying for it I wouldn't be able to do it.
