In general the physical facility is well maintained and the staff are usually friendly and helpful. I don't take advantage of all the programs offered but have appreciated the opportunity to talk with the staff (Emmanuel) about various stretching routines to help me. Looking forward to upgrades to the free weight area.

Great fun place to work out, just wish staff could find another place for swimmers and their families to set up camp other than the basketball court. Besides that, I love this place.
