YMCA provides numerous things that I use.
Water yoga
The Y has great instructor-led exercise classes. The hours of operation are adequate to accommodate working members' schedules.
Areas for improvement:
The floors could use more attention and maintenance care.
The Y provides swimming lessons really well.
I think the coaches that help do a really great job working with the kids. I know my son really enjoys his time learning the new sports.

Really good coaches that are patient with the kiddos. My son is I believe one of the youngest kids on his team and his coach does a great job with getting him involved which is a difficult task to do for a 3yr old. Would recommend to other parents for sure!
I have enjoyed water fitness classes for a long time now. Today, I had a meeting with one of the coaches and she helped me start a cardiovascular and strength workout that I hope will help me lose weight.
The swimming for youth is awesome!

I have been going to a personal trainer (Jan) for over one year. She has been extremely helpful to me. She has introduced me to the other personal trainers and the top staff at the YMCA.
The YMCA is a good Christian Association in the community which helps promote healthy relationships. Providence YMCA is very good and has a spectacular membership!

All the employees are very nice. They greet you with a welcoming personality. The trainers are knowledgeable and always willing to help!
